My rug hooking journey started in 2002, when my mother showed me a new craft she had learned in a class at a local fiber. I was hooked the moment I tried it (pun intended)! In 2008, I began teaching beginner rug hooking classes and vending rug hooking supplies at North Country Fiber Fair. My love of wool has grown to include applique/penny rugs and needle punching my patterns with DMC floss.
